Craft and install the wedge based on your specific requirements, ensuring the contact surface is meticulously finished for even interaction between inclined planes.

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to place a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, facilitating accurate measurement;
10) By finely tuning the adjustment bolts near the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line remains slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, conducting a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts with care. After the mechanical trial or operational run, loosen and retighten to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent catastrophic damage. Ensure the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade. Address any discrepancies promptly.
Consider the strategic addition of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced safety and efficiency.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn these pipelines with designated accessories in alignment with the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline's weight is independently supported by another bracket rather than the compressor body, maintaining structural integrity.
3.3.7 After the primary fan and its associated equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved complete solidity, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be situated within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring the pathway runs underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, make sure to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a flawless communication network.
