Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Start by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust and level the unit.

8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to accommodate the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Fasten the motor wheel hub mounting bracket securely to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring the probe makes contact with the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the motor's positioning bolts strategically, so the compressor and motor center lines align seamlessly. The maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, the motor shaft should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Coupling end face should range from 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Rigorously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to ensure perfect alignment.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. After a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten bolts to ensure optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller rotates at high speed; therefore, preventing solid or liquid entry is critical as they can cause irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are spotless and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify any pipelines that fall short of these stringent standards.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, to proactively protect the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install compressor inlet and outlet pipes in accordance with the PI diagram. All connecting pipelines must be supported by independent brackets, ensuring no weight is borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its supportive apparatus, is meticulously installed and the concrete thoroughly solidifies, you are poised to initiate the compressor's operation test. This step marks the beginning of seamless performance and efficiency!
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter range from the compressor. Skillfully thread the wiring through an underground conduit to connect the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in place, ensure that the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet are seamlessly linked to the remote DCS lines for optimal functionality.
