The ingenious principle behind MVR is that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature and pressure level allows the secondary steam to be recycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials to induce evaporation. Consequently, this remarkable technique enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, achieving significant energy savings.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is an outstanding engineering feat that encompasses essential components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and anti-surge control system. This state-of-the-art compressor is engineered with a compact structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and operational efficiency. Its design prioritizes functionality and streamlined performance, making it an ideal choice for various industrial applications.
3.3.1 The compressor base must be carefully placed onto the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for meticulous leveling.
Alternate placement of these shims, ensuring precise unit leveling. Secure with spot welding at 4-5 strategic points. Please remember,
the manufacturing and installation of these wedges are to be tailored by the user to fit specific needs. The contact surface must be refined
to ensure smooth, even contact with the inclined plane, and the wedge iron's load capacity should not exceed 40 Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to find the exact level. Unit leveling demands precision: axial level accuracy at 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal
level requirement at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable performance.
3.3.3 The coupling must be perfectly centered. Prioritize these crucial steps before commencing alignment:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is immaculate with no foreign materials, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts for flexibility in adjustments;
6) Amass enough stainless steel gaskets to thoroughly cover the motor's foot. The gaskets must be pristine and flat. Avoid using long,
thin gaskets for adjustments; ensure complete coverage.
7) Either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm is essential (provided by the customer);
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, aligned precisely with the compressor hub.

3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and casing alignment adjustments, firmly tighten anchor bolts. Post-operation, double-check and secure these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be shielded from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensurepipelines meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Install separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees as necessary.
3.3.6 When installing inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram. Ensure all connected pipelines are independently supported, never relying on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its auxiliary components, allowing the concrete to fully cure is essential. Once this is accomplished, you can proceed with the operation test of the compressor, ensuring that it meets the rigorous standards expected from an Optimized Frequency Conversion Compressor for Sugar Liquid Concentration.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For a seamless and secure connection, employ threading pipes to route the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is discretely positioned underground. Once the control cabinet is firmly established, make sure to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, achieving a harmonious integration with the overall system.
