This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature and pressure enable the steam to return to the evaporator, heating materials to generate evaporation. Through this innovative method, the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam is impressively recycled, promoting unparalleled energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seated firmly on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons, achieving ideal leveling of the unit. Then, securely spot weld the wedge irons at 4~5 points. It is crucial that these wedges are
crafted and installed by you, tailored to the exact needs of your installation. Ensure that the contact surface is impeccably finished to guarantee even contact, allowing the
inclined plane to rest securely. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2. This precision ensures optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.2 Employ a level to determine the unit's stability. The accuracy required for the unit leveling is as follows: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm. This meticulous precision is key to the unit's efficient operation.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is a crucial step. Before commencing alignment, ensure these critical prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section thoughtfully;
4) Inspect the motor's installation surface for cleanliness and absence of any foreign objects;
5) Ensure that the motor's bolt holes are appropriately sized, allowing for easy loosening and alignment adjustments;
6) Acquire sufficient stainless steel gaskets to securely cover the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine and flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, supplied by the customer, for precise alignment;
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub’s edge, aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated. The coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout to confirm precision;
12) Subsequent to the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of levelness and alignment, ensure anchor bolts are tightly secured. After the initial mechanical operation, it is advisable to loosen and retighten them to maintain optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed dynamic component. Entry of any solids or liquids can result in irreversible damage to the compressor. Hence, it is paramount to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these standards must be rectified. It is strongly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 When installing inlet and outlet pipes of the compressor, adhere to the PI diagram for relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline’s weight is supported by a separate bracket, not the compressor itself, to avoid undue stress.
3.3.7 Upon the seamless installation of the main fan along with its state-of-the-art ancillary equipment and once the concrete achieves full solidity, it's the perfect moment to initiate a comprehensive operational test of the compressor. This critical phase ensures that every component is primed and ready for efficient performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter range from the compressor. For optimal safety and efficiency, it is crucial to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet using threading pipe, ideally running underground. Once the electric control cabinet stands in its designated position, effortlessly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, securing a smooth and reliable connection.
