3.3.1 Place the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with a spot weld at four to five points.
Users should fabricate and install the wedges tailored to the specific situation, ensuring a flawless contact surface for even load distribution.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should remain below 40Kg/cm² for optimal performance.2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's balance. Adhere to stringent leveling specifications: axial level at 0.05mm per 1000mm and horizontal at 0.10mm per 1000mm.

1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off.

4) Verify the motor installation surface is impeccably clean, free of debris and obstructions.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy loosening to facilitate motor adjustments.
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, flat and attachment-free, to support motor adjustments without using misfit gaskets.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm, procured by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below.
9) Use the motor hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around motor feet for perfect compressor-motor alignment, ensuring minimal outer circle deviation (0.05mm) and coupling end face balance (0.03~0.05mm).
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts. Reassess both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) Reattach the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test to ensure stability.
3.3.4 Post adjustment, fasten the anchor bolts after verifying casing levelness and alignment. Post-trial operation, release and retighten bolts to cement stability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from solid or liquid ingress to avoid catastrophic damage. Maintain connector pipelines to the compressor in pristine condition, adhering to steam corrosion grade standards.For non-compliant pipelines, implement corrective measures, such as adding a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Strategically install the inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that associated accessories align with the PI diagram, and support connected pipelines with independent brackets, avoiding weight burden on the compressor structure.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been expertly installed, and the concrete has reached its full strength and solidity, it's the perfect time to commence the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor to ensure optimal accessibility and efficiency.
