Through this process, it adeptly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, culminating in an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature enables the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, fostering evaporation. This ingenious cycle ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, making it an exemplar of sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin your installation by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Slip wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for perfect leveling. These shims are essential to achieve the precise alignment of your equipment.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly level, secure the positioning with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. It ensures a stable and resilient setup.
The manufacture and installation of the wedge should be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring an immaculate even contact of the inclined plane for ideal support.
The wedge irons should be designed to bear loads not exceeding 40Kg/cm², providing a robust foundation for the machinery.

3.3.2 Utilize a level to meticulously ascertain the unit's level. Adhere to the stringent leveling specifications: axial level precision at 0.05/1000mm, horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
The horizontal level precision is set at a meticulous 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling centering. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following criteria are rigorously met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for safety.
2) Disengage the coupling shield to allow unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate effective alignment.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is flawlessly flat, free from any debris or attachments that could compromise alignment.
5) The motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolts to permit loosening for precision motor adjustments.
6) Stock adequate, flat stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Avoid using thin, elongated gaskets for adjustments to ensure stability.
7) Deploy a dial indicator or a highly accurate 0.01mm laser alignment tool, which should be provided by the customer for precision alignment.
8) Have at hand the proper bracket for holding the dial indicator securely in place, as illustrated below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge and place a probe on the outer edge of the compressor hub for precise measurements.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm, ensuring optimal alignment.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly and re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for consistency.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after conducting a thorough motor idling test to ensure all components operate smoothly.
3.3.4 Post alignment, secure the anchor bolts to hold the casing in place. After a successful mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for added security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands impeccable cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pathways to prevent catastrophic damage. Ensure all pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade. Correct any substandard pipelines to maintain operational integrity.
Enhance your setup by incorporating solid-liquid separation solutions, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes precisely. Install necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram, supporting the pipeline independently without burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can confidently proceed with the compressor operation test, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet is to be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor itself. To ensure seamless integration and safety, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly threaded through underground piping. Following the precise placement of the electric control cabinet, it's crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the distant DCS, creating a robust and efficient electrical network.
