The core principle behind this technology is the compression of secondary steam, which is produced by the evaporator. By employing a high energy efficiency steam compressor, this process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, there is an increase in the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats materials, generating further evaporation. Through this process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is recycled, offering an optimal solution for energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation, utilizing wedge-shaped shims beneath to achieve perfect leveling. These shims are pivotal in adjusting the unit's balance,
carefully alternating two wedge-shaped irons. Once alignment is achieved, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points for steadfast stability. Ensure
that the manufacturing and installation of the wedges are tailored to your specific setup, with a finished contact surface for uniform contact on the inclined
plane. Note that the bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain perfect horizontal alignment. The stipulated leveling specifications are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal
alignment held to a standard of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve optimal coupling alignment. Prioritize the following steps before commencing alignment:
1) Ensure the main power is securely turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation surface, ensuring it is devoid of foreign matter, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to allow for looseness, facilitating motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. These must be spotless and impeccably flat, avoiding the use of elongated and thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the illustration below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the indicator probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer boundary;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the motor foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely (as per detailed instructions), ensuring the outer circle's deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling face precision should range between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, undertaking a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.
12) Once the motor passes the idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands uncompromised cleanliness to prevent damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, meeting the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short of these criteria must be rectified. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories. The pipelines attached to the compressor must be independently supported to prevent any weight burden on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its associated ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified to ensure the utmost stability, you may proceed to conduct the compressor operation test.
