3.3.1 To commence the installation of your cutting-edge Energy-Saving Compressor for Sugar Liquid Concentration and Drying by NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO.,LTD, place the compressor base securely on its foundation. For optimal alignment, position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level.
Place alternating wedge-shaped irons strategically. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at four to five strategic points, ensuring utmost stability. These wedges should be
custom-crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific needs of the site. Achieve a flawless, even contact surface by properly finishing the contact areas of the inclined
planes. Ensure the wedge iron's bearing capacity remains under 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable leveling of the unit. The axial level must meet the stringent requirement of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should adhere to a precise 0.10/1000mm standard.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling by ensuring precise centering. Before commencing the alignment process, verify the following critical conditions:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size to allow adjustable loosening and tightening for motor alignment;
6) Accumulate ample stainless steel gaskets to comprehensively cover the motor's foot. These gaskets should be immaculate and level, avoiding long, thin gaskets which could compromise stability;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer;
8) Assemble the supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, precisely placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to coincide, following relevant guidelines. Ensure the outer circle's maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03mm and 0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reevaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) After successful idle testing of the motor, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of both 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed to fasten the anchor bolts securely. Following mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure robust stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure the cleanliness and compliance of inlet and outlet pipelines with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines without delay. It is stronglyrecommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to equip import and export pipelines with the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by a separate bracket, avoiding any undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its essential auxiliary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidity, you can proceed to initiate an operational test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures the smooth and efficient functionality of the system, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, a pivotal component of the compressor system, should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless connectivity, utilize threading pipes to channel the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet, ensuring it runs subterraneously for added protection and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a streamlined and efficient integration.
