3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Carefully utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit to the ideal level.
Craft a precise leveling with alternating wedge-shaped irons, ensuring that every unit is perfectly aligned. Spot weld these irons securely at 4 to 5 points to maintain stability.
Remember, it's essential that the wedge is custom manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances. The contact surface should be finely finished to guarantee a smooth, even contact.

8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for the dial indicator support, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe touches the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of just 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line must be slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Proceed to secure the motor foot bolts firmly, followed by a meticulous review of the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring flawless operations.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations or test runs, it's imperative to loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure continued stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a formidable high-speed rotating component, must be shielded from any solid or liquid intrusion to avert irreversible compressor damage. Ensure immaculate cleanliness of the pipelines connected to the compressor, matching the system's steam corrosion-grade requirements. For pipelines falling short, consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to maintain integrity.
3.3.6 Now, skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines must include all relevant accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. It's vital that such pipelines receive support from a separate bracket, as their weight should never burden the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are fully installed and the concrete foundation properly cured, proceed to the exhilarating compressor operation test with confidence.
