3.3.1 The base of our iconic compressor is to be seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise unit alignment.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once optimal leveling is achieved, secure the shims with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
custom-manufactured and tailored by users based on real-world conditions, ensuring the contact surface is perfectly finished for even contact with the
inclined plane. Note: The bearing capacity for these wedge irons must not surpass 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain perfect horizontal alignment. Adhere to these leveling standards: the axial level must maintain a precision of 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure this meticulous leveling for optimal performance.
3.3.3 Achieving coupling alignment is key. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these crucial safety and preparatory checks:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it is free from debris and obstructions;
5) The motor's bolt holes should notably exceed the bolt size, enabling easy loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a surplus of stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's foot. Gaskets must be pristine and flat, never using overly long or thin ones for adjustments;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an exceptional accuracy of 0.01mm, to be procured by the customer;
8) Ensure readiness of the bracket needed to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting fixture to mount a dial indicator precisely on the hub's edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adeptly adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines to near perfection, allowing a maximum outer circle deviation of only 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line must remain above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, ensuring a coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude with securely tightening the motor foot bolts and review both the outer circle and end face runouts for the coupling;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling.
3.3.4 After achieving flawless 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operations or trial runs, release and retighten bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a hyper-speed rotating marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion, as such can cause catastrophic damage to the compressor. It's crucial that the pipelines interfacing with the compressor are pristine and align with the system's stringent steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. It's highlyadvised to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. Ensure these pipelines are equipped with essential accessories per the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipeline must have independent support from a dedicated bracket, preventing undue weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been securely installed and the concrete base is thoroughly cured, our advanced Enhanced Steam Compressor is ready for its operational test. This ensures that every component is performing at peak efficiency, setting the stage for superior wastewater management.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5m radius of the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by threading the wiring through subterranean conduits to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is perfectly stationed, intricately connect its wiring terminals to the remote DCS, guaranteeing a robust and dependable control system.
