11) Firmly secure motor foot bolts, and reassess the coupling's concentricity and face alignment.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post-motor idle test.
3.3.4 After fine-tuning the casing's level and alignment, tighten anchor bolts. Post-operation, loosen and retighten them for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, is vulnerable to damage by solids or liquids. Ensure connected pipelines are pristine and corrosion-resistant to steam standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards must be upgraded.Consider integrating solid-liquid separators, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor's inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for accessory installation. Support all connected pipelines independently to avoid undue stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it is time to embark on the exhilarating journey of the compressor operation test.
