The core principle involves the secondary steam, birthed from the evaporator, being adeptly compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. Subsequently, there is an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. This dynamic return process heats materials and induces evaporation, thus elegantly recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, achieving unparalleled sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The robust compressor base should be meticulously placed on the foundation. Enhance stability with wedge-shaped shims placed strategically beneath the base to achieve impeccable unit leveling.
Carefully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is leveled to precision, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Each wedge must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique conditions of the setup. The contact surface should be finished to ensure seamless contact, particularly emphasizing the even contact of inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed the robust constraint of 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to ascertain the unit's perfect alignment. Meet the stringent leveling standards: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level measured at 0.10/1000mm.
These exacting requirements ensure the unit's flawless horizontal alignment.

3.3.3 Coupling precision is paramount. Prior to alignment initiation, confirm the following crucial safety and setup criteria:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely deactivated;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring absence of debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed bolt size for easy adjustments, allowing the bolts to be loosened for motor alignment;
6) Stock up on sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor base. Gaskets should be pristine, flat, and devoid of attachments. Avoid using long, slender gaskets between motor and base adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator as visualized in the diagram below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket should securely position a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, with the indicator probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Fine-tune using adjustment bolts around the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines align symmetrically (guided by precise instructions). The maximum allowable outer circle deviation is 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) After successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing levelness and alignment, firmly tighten anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial operations, execute a bolt-loosening and re-tightening process for continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller serves as a high-speed rotation marvel. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible compressor damage. Hence, ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines falling short must undergo rectification. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Import and export pipelines should be fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from bearing undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment are seamlessly installed and the concrete setting is fully completed, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This vital step ensures that the system is running smoothly and effectively, giving you confidence in its performance.
3.3.8 A key aspect of installation involves positioning the electric control cabinet of the compressor within an optimal range of 5 meters from the compressor itself. It's crucial that the wiring, which should be encased in a protective threading pipe, is routed underground to maintain aesthetic and safety standards. After securely situating the electric control cabinet, proceed to connect the wiring terminals to the remote DCS with precision, ensuring seamless communication and control.
