2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, providing access for further adjustments;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision, ensuring the integrity of components;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure cleanliness and freedom from foreign materials;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for necessary bolt loosening for motor adjustments, which is crucial for precise alignment;
6) Prepare a generous supply of premium-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and devoid of any attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments to maintain structural integrity.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide to ensure precision alignment;

3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts for secured stability. Post-mechanical operation or trial operation, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring reliability and secure performance.
3.3.5 Given that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this would irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo essential rectifications.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a high-efficiency gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to secure system integrity and promote long-lasting performance.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. It is essential that the import and export pipelines are equipped with all necessary pipeline accessories, as vividly depicted in the PI diagram. This is a crucial step to ensure flawless operation. Remember, the pipeline connected to the compressor requires independent support from a separate bracket. This setup is vital to prevent any unnecessary weight from impacting the compressor body, safeguarding its longevity and performance.
3.3.7 After the meticulous installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and once the concrete foundation has reached its optimal solidity, you are ready to embark on the exhilarating phase of conducting a comprehensive compressor operation test. This pivotal process is designed to confirm that all components are in impeccable working condition, ensuring the system is primed for flawless operation.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor for optimal functionality. Employ a robust threading pipe to create a seamless connection for the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Ensure this connection is discreetly and safely routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed with precision to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS.
