At the heart of MVR is a sophisticated process: secondary steam, birthed from the evaporator, undergoes a remarkable transformation. This steam is expertly compressed by a high-efficiency steam compressor, a process that deftly converts electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam soar, enabling it to return triumphantly to the evaporator. There, it performs a crucial role in heating materials and inducing evaporation, seamlessly closing the loop through the continuous recycling of latent vaporization heat from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base to precisely achieve unit leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. After ensuring the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the irons at 4~5 strategic points. The wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation. The contact surface must be finely finished to ensure an even contact of the inclined
plane, with the bearing capacity of each wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Use a high-precision level to establish the exact level of the unit. The leveling standards for the unit are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to commencing this process, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is smooth and free from debris, dirt, or any obstructions;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for loosening to finely adjust the motor position;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. These must be free of impurities and sufficiently flat, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustment purposes;
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Assemble the bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for placing a dial indicator on the hub's edge, allowing for precise positioning of the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor with the motor center line. The maximum permissible deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should be within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten them to guarantee utmost stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component. Any foreign solid or liquid infiltrating the impeller may cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it is vital to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must be improved. It is
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet on the straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines should be fitted with appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram. These must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete base is fully cured, the compressor is ready for its operational test. This crucial step ensures everything is functioning at peak performance, heralding the reliability and efficiency of our top-tier machinery.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring connecting these components should be skillfully threaded through underground conduits, ensuring a clean and efficient setup. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, seamlessly link the wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines for a streamlined, effective control system.
