Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by elegantly positioning the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling of the unit. These shims serve as a crucial component in ensuring the precise alignment and stability of the compressor, thus enhancing its performance and longevity.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, followed by the leveling of the unit, securing them with spot welds on 4~5 points. This method not only stabilizes the unit but also ensures seamless operational excellence.
The wedge must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique demands of your environment. The contact surface should be meticulously finished, ensuring a flawless and uniform engagement across the inclined plane, thereby maximizing efficiency.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should adhere to a rigorous standard, not exceeding 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 To achieve precision, employ a level to ascertain the horizontal balance of the unit. The leveling prerequisites are firmly set, with an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing unparalleled performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by ensuring these essential prerequisites before commencement:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply, prioritizing safety and precision.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield to access the vital components within.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care, enabling further alignment activities.
4) Verify the motor installation plane’s flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, or any attachments that may impede functionality.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are generously dimensioned compared to the bolts themselves, facilitating easy adjustment and recalibration of the motor.
6) Stock ample stainless steel gaskets for the motor's footing. These gaskets must be impeccably clean and flat. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and the base to prevent any misalignment.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or an advanced laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm, for meticulous alignment, which should be procured by the customer.
8) Have the necessary bracket prepared as depicted in the accompanying illustration to support the dial indicator effectively.

9) The motor wheel hub bracket is designed to hold the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe situated on the outer compressor wheel hub edge, allowing for accurate measurements.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously so that the compressor and motor center lines align harmoniously. The outer circle's deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then recheck the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to affirm total alignment and operational excellence.;
12) After a successful motor idle test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen, then retighten the bolts for sustained stability and performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands utmost protection. Any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure that compressor-connected pipelines are pristine, aligning with the system’s steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be remedied immediately.
To enhance protection, it is recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet’s straight pipe, fortifying the system against potential contaminants.
3.3.6 Meticulously install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing relevant pipeline accessories. The compressor body should not bear the pipeline's weight; use a separate bracket for support to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are meticulously installed, and the robust concrete has reached full solidification, it is time to embark on the exciting compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically place the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor itself. The connection is achieved gracefully with threading pipe that elegantly travels underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the sophisticated lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious operation.
