At its core, the process involves the efficient compression of secondary steam created by the evaporator using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This ingenious process transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, effectively elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this heightened temperature returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it plays a crucial role in heating materials and stimulating evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable and environmentally friendly energy management.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The Efficient Split Base Compressor is designed to ensure stability and precision. Begin by integrally situating the compressor base on a solid foundation. To achieve the perfect level, insert wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is precisely leveled, secure the wedges by spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges, which play a critical role in leveling, should be
crafted and fitted by the user, tailored to the specific conditions of the site. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished to guarantee even contact of the inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling by employing a precise level tool. The unit's axial level should be maintained within 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures optimal performance and longevity of the unit.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is paramount. Before proceeding with alignment, adhere to the following essential steps:
1) Ensure safety by powering off the main electricity supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Examine the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it is devoid of foreign materials, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Gather sufficient flat stainless steel gaskets to completely cover the motor feet. These gaskets must be devoid of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, offering an accuracy of 0.01mm, as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the edge of the wheel hub, ensuring the probe contacts the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet so that the compressor and motor center lines align precisely. The maximum allowable deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should remain between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is perfected, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, re-install the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 After achieving the precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten these bolts for additional security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed rotating component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion, as such incursions can lead to irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these stringent standards must be rectified without delay.
It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to avoid potential blockages.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Each pipeline should be independently supported by a separate bracket to prevent any undue stress or weight from being borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete foundation is fully solidified, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. Prepare to witness the seamless synergy as the components come together for a flawless performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5m radius of the compressor. For optimal efficiency, ensure the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is skillfully connected using threading pipes that delve underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
