This cycle ingeniously achieves the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, unlocking the powerful potential of secondary steam.

It is seamlessly integrated with a coupling, motor, and electric instrumentation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To initiate a flawless installation, carefully position the compressor base on a solid foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is level, and perform spot welding on 4 to 5 strategic points to secure them.
It is imperative that the user manufactures and installs the wedge according to specific requirements, guaranteeing a perfect contact surface for even pressure distribution.
The wedge's inclined plane must feature even contact, withstanding a remarkable bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ensure the unit's alignment meets the utmost standards: the axial precision is set at an impressive 0.05/1000mm.
The horizontal alignment precision boasts a commendable 0.10/1000mm, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

3.3.3 Perfect Coupling Centering: Before embarking on this crucial step, ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled for optimal alignment:
1) Ensure safety by deactivating the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Dismantle the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect and ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably clean and free from any unwanted substances or debris;
5) The motor bolt holes must be adequately sized to allow bolt loosening for smooth motor adjustment;
6) Prepare a substantial number of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are impeccably clean and perfectly flat for reliable support beneath the motor feet.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter exhibiting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as procured by the customer;
8) Have the necessary support bracket ready for the dial indicator, ensuring accuracy in measurements.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator at the hub’s edge, while ensuring the probe is positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Achieve precision alignment by adjusting bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines, with an outer circle deviation of just 0.05mm.

11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then reassess for impeccable outer circle and end face runout on the coupling.;
12) Finalize by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section post successful motor idling tests.
3.3.4 Upon perfecting the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post initial mechanical operation, perform a re-tightening for maximum stability.
3.3.5 Protect the High-Speed Impeller: Keep the inlet and outlet pathways pristine, ensuring they meet the steam corrosion standards to prevent irreversible damage.
3.3.6 Seamlessly connect compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Employ relevant pipeline accessories as per PI diagrams, ensuring external support to prevent undue weight on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its supportive equipment, is expertly installed and the concrete foundation achieves complete solidification, it is time to conduct the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal phase ensuring that every component functions in perfect harmony.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a five-meter radius of the compressor itself. The electrical wiring connecting the compressor to its control cabinet must be skillfully threaded through underground piping. Upon securing the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and control.
