3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely onto the foundation. To achieve impeccable leveling, strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly levelled, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4-5 points. This ensures stability and precision.
The creation and installation of the wedges should be user-specific, tailored to the actual circumstances, ensuring the contact surfaces are finely finished for even inclination.
The wedge iron should not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the exact level of the unit. Adhere to these precise leveling requirements: the axial level is set at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Carefully center the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure the following essential steps are completed:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply to maintain safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield to allow full access.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for hassle-free alignment.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any debris or obstructions.
5) The bolt holes in the motor should exceed the bolt size to enable effortless motor adjustments.
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets at hand to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are free from attachments and completely flat.
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, procured by the customer.
8) Position the appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.
9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the hub's edge, and position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately (or as per relevant instructions). Ensure the outer circle's max deviation is 0.05mm; the motor shaft should slightly exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review for any runout in the coupling's outer circle and end face.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, re-install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After perfecting the alignment and leveling of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to maintain secure integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires absolute cleanliness to prevent irreversible damage. Verify that both inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards.Introduce solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced performance.
3.3.6 Conduct the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Install necessary pipeline accessories per the PI diagram, ensuring that the pipe's weight is supported by an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its support equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully cured, the compressor is ready for its operational test phase.
