Subsequently, the elevated temperature steam is funneled back to the evaporator, where it dutifully heats the materials, facilitating the evaporation process. Through this sophisticated method, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is expertly recycled, embodying a harmonious blend of energy conservation and operational efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Carefully position the compressor base on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust and perfect the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly aligned, proceed to spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at four to five strategic points. Note that the wedge must
be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to actual conditions, ensuring the contact surface is impeccably finished for seamless contact of the inclined plane. The wedge iron's
bearing capacity should be strictly no more than 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to ascertain the unit's level. Adhere to these leveling standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling alignment, adhering to the following preparatory steps:
1) Fully disconnect the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for impeccable flatness, ensuring it is free from debris and unnecessary attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts to facilitate easy adjustments;
6) Equip adequate stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, ensuring they are devoid of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets to adjust between the motor and base;
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to hold the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator at the hub's edge, ensuring accurate placement of the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By precisely adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling post-adjustment.
12) After a successful motor idle test, reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments, anchor the casing bolts firmly. Following a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and then retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed revolving component, is extremely sensitive to solid or liquid ingress, which can cause irreparable damage to the compressor. It's crucial that the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified without delay. Consider installing
solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with corresponding pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Additionally, the compressor-connected pipeline must be separately supported, with its weight not imposed on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been methodically installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it is time to embark on the operational test of the compressor. This test ensures readiness and paves the way for an efficient extraction process.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius to ensure optimal functionality. Utilize threading pipes for the connection from the compressor to the cabinet, ensuring they are discreetly routed underground for safety and aesthetics. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
