The user is tasked with crafting and installing these wedges, tailored to the specific conditions of the site. It's crucial that the contact surfaces are smoothly finished for even contact and superior durability.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm², ensuring robust support while maintaining safety and integrity.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to attain perfect levelness. Precision is key: the unit's axial level must be within 0.05mm per 1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10mm per 1000mm.

1) Ensure the main power supply is firmly disconnected;

4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for smoothness and purity, free from any debris or grime that might impede performance;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolt size for easy loosening and adjustment, facilitating seamless motor positioning;

To safeguard the system, incorporate solid-liquid separation solutions like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee prior to the compressor inlet, ensuring a seamless operation.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, equipped with precise pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Support pipelines with separate brackets, ensuring the compressor body remains unburdened by additional weight. This guarantees optimal functionality and longevity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully set, it's time to embark on the thrilling compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures every component is meticulously aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and the control cabinet should be expertly routed through threading pipes, running discreetly underground. Once the control cabinet is firmly positioned, ensure the wiring terminals are expertly connected to the remote DCS, creating a harmony of power and efficiency.
