Remarkably, this heated steam is returned to the evaporator, where it facilitates efficient material heating and evaporation. The result is the remarkable recycling of the secondary steam's latent heat of vaporization, exemplifying an advanced approach to energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is carefully positioned on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, secure the irons by spot welding 4-5 points. Custom manufacture and install the wedges to suit specific requirements, ensuring
a finished contact surface for consistent pressure distribution on the inclined plane.
Ensure the wedge iron bears no more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use precision leveling tools to achieve exactitude. The unit requires an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal operation.
Adhering to these specifications guarantees performance and safety.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Prior to alignment, ensure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate adjustments;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane is flat and free from debris or impurities;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt diameters, allowing easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Accumulate ample flat, stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, avoiding long thin gaskets inappropriate for adjustment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter accurate to 0.01mm, ensuring precision;
8) Prepare the required bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines using adjustment bolts around the motor feet. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle and 0.03-0.05mm on the coupling end face, maintaining the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's slow-speed shaft center line.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, ensuring the coupling's outer circle and end face runout are reviewed for imperfections.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after successfully conducting a motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical or trial operation, retighten as necessary to secure stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, preventing any solid or liquid ingress is vital to avoid irreversible damage. Confirm that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the required system's steam corrosion grades. Non-conforming pipelines warrant immediate rectification.
It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe to ensure operational integrity.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram for fitting relevant pipeline accessories. Support pipelines externally to ensure they do not impose undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached its full solidification, you are ready to proceed with the exhilarating compressor operation test.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a convenient 5m radius of the compressor. For optimal efficiency and safety, interconnect the compressor and the control cabinet using a threading pipe that elegantly traverses underground. After the electric control cabinet is settled into place, meticulously link the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and flawless operation.
