At the heart of its innovative principle, the evaporator's secondary steam is meticulously compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. Consequently, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam escalate, allowing it to triumphantly return to the evaporator. Here, it skillfully heats the materials to generate evaporation, thus masterfully achieving the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously placed on the foundation. Ensure to place a wedge-shaped shim beneath the base for precise leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons strategically, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot-weld the irons at 4-5 points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the actual application. The contact surface should be finished to ensure even contact on the inclined
plane. Note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The required axial level is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these measurements are achieved for optimal operation.

3.3.3 Center the coupling carefully. Before you embark on the alignment journey, please confirm the following prerequisites:
1) The main power supply should be turned off for safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane flatness, and ensure it's free from debris, dirt, and other contaminants;
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size, allowing the bolt to loosen for motor adjustment flexibility;
6) Have a sufficient amount of stainless steel gaskets ready to secure the motor. Ensure that the gaskets are attachment-free and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, which should be procured by the customer;
8) Prepare the bracket needed to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the figure below;

9) The hub mounting bracket is essential for placing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. The probe should rest on the outer compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) By methodically adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center line. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03-0.05mm;

11) Finally, tighten the motor foot bolts firmly, and review both outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for consistency.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are impeccably adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, ensure to loosen and retighten them to secure the setup.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires a contamination-free environment. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible harm. Thus, ensure that both inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified. It's advisable to
install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet to ensure purity.
3.3.6 Efficiently install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines. Ensure that all related pipeline accessories are integrated as per the PI diagram. The pipelines must be independently supported by separate brackets, ensuring that no weight is borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Upon the triumphant installation of the main fan and its accompanying ancillary equipment, and with the concrete having reached full solidification, it's time to embark on the thrilling phase of the compressor operation test. This critical milestone ensures all systems are in peak condition to deliver unparalleled performance.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor must find its place within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and this control hub is meticulously achieved through an underground threading pipe, ensuring seamless integration and hidden elegance. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals within with the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing flawless communication and control.
