Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously installed on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfectly adjust the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points to secure them effectively.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, considering the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for even contact.
The carrying capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for finding the perfect level. The unit's axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and its horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
These exact measurements assure optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment of the coupling by ensuring these preliminary steps are completed:
1) Ensure the main power is turned off completely;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield safely;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane to ensure it's clean and devoid of any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts so that they can be adjusted easily for alignment purposes;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's base. These must be clean and flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets.
7) Use a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with 0.01mm accuracy (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the dial indicator support bracket as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, placing the probe on the outer rim of the compressor hub for accurate readings;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the deviation is minimal: outer circle 0.05mm, coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and casing alignment are precisely adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical or trial operation, retighten these bolts for added security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating part, must remain free of any solid or liquid contaminants to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet/outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Follow the PI diagram for pipeline accessory installation. Support the pipelines with separate brackets, ensuring no additional load is borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its essential ancillary equipment, is meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it paves the way for conducting the compressor operation test.
