The core principle of MVR is straightforward yet revolutionary: as the secondary steam emerges from the evaporator, it is efficiently compressed using a highly advanced steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the steam. Once its temperature and pressure are enhanced, the steam cycles back to the evaporator, where it plays a crucial role in heating materials and prompting further evaporation. Through this innovative mechanism, MVR ushers in a new era of sustainability by effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization inherent in secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on its foundation, ensuring precision with wedge-shaped shims beneath for leveling purposes.
Alternate placement of the wedge-shaped irons, ensuring meticulous leveling of the unit, and secure them with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points for ultimate stability.
Craft and install the wedge according to exact user specifications, with a precisely finished contact surface ensuring even pressure distribution.
The inclined surface must provide seamless contact, with a weight-bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a level. The axial precision is set at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal alignment maintains a standard of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling alignment with precision. Prior to commencement, verify the following prerequisites:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane for debris, ensuring a flawless and unobstructed surface;
5) Motor bolt holes must be adequately sized to allow bolt adjustment, ensuring seamless fitting;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets; these should be devoid of attachments and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a highly precise laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) to ensure alignment accuracy (customer provided);
8) Have a robust bracket ready to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket should effectively support a dial indicator, allowing for edge placement on the compressor wheel hub;
10) Align the compressor and motor using adjustment bolts around the motor feet, achieving near-perfect centerline alignment with a max deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft centerline, with coupling face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, consistently reviewing coupling outer circle and face runout for precision alignment;;
12) Post motor idling tests, confidently install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and casing alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened. After operations or trial runs, retighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a precision high-speed component; thus, safeguarding it from solid or liquid ingress is paramount to prevent irreversible damage. Verify that all connected pipelines are immaculate and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards, rectifying any discrepancies.
For optimum performance, it is advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories as per PI diagrams, independently supporting their weight to avoid burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured and solidified, you are ready to proceed with the much-anticipated compressor operation test. This pivotal moment ensures all components function harmoniously in their intended roles.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this control cabinet is achieved through a neatly threaded pipe that should be securely positioned underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals located in the cabinet with the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless communication flow.
