Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure perfect leveling of the unit.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit has been precisely leveled, perform a spot weld at 4 to 5 points on the wedges. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific scenario. The contact surface must be finely finished, ensuring even contact of the inclined
planes. The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to determine the exact level of the unit. The unit's leveling precision requirements are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Prior to alignment, confirm adherence to the following critical prerequisites:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor's installation plane for any foreign objects, dirt, or debris;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to precisely adjust the motor;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets for the motor's foot coverage. These gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat. Refrain from using elongated and slender gaskets that could compromise adjustment accuracy;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) for flawless alignment, which should be supplied by the customer;
8) Have ready a sturdy bracket for positioning the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustrations;

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to fixture a dial indicator at the wheel hub's perimeter, with the probe positioned at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, with a permissible outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should slightly surpass the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should be within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for absolute precision.
12) After successful motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for seamless integration.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or a trial run, release and retighten the bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion that could wreak havoc on the compressor. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Any subpar pipelines require immediate rectification. It is strongly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance operational safety.
3.3.6 Proceed with the meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Install all requisite pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are supported independently by an additional bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from bearing undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment is completed and the concrete foundation reaches full solidity, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the system's readiness and performance efficiency, aligning with the high standards of NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, and its innovative Split Base Fan with Guide Vane Adjustment.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and seamless integration, it is essential to position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To maintain a sleek and unobtrusive setup, use threading pipes to conduct wiring underground from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is securely installed, proceed to connect its wiring terminals to the lines of the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a robust and reliable communication pathway.
