The core concept involves the secondary steam generated from the evaporator being compressed with a highly efficient steam compressor. This process effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, the enhanced steam is redirected back to the evaporator, where it facilitates the heating of materials, thereby inducing evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization present in the secondary steam, maximizing energy efficiency and sustainability.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is an advanced turbine system powered by an exceptionally efficient permanent magnet motor. This innovative design features an impeller that is seamlessly mounted at the shaft extension of the motor. The rotor, supported directly by a sophisticated oil film bearing, enables direct drive operation through a high-speed motor. Remarkably, this system eliminates the need for auxiliary components such as speed-increasing boxes and couplings, resulting in a streamlined and highly efficient operation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims under the base to perfectly adjust and level the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling before spot welding them securely at 4 to 5 points. These wedges are to be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific site conditions. Ensure that the contact surfaces are finely finished for even distribution of
weight, with the wedge iron bearing no more than 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The precision requirements are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring the utmost accuracy in alignment.

3.3.3 Precisely center the coupling. Prioritize the following steps before alignment initiation:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely switched off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for immaculate flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects and debris;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than the bolt size to facilitate easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet—these must be flat and clean, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer to provide);
8) Prepare an appropriate support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket for precise measurement, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet using the adjustment bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center line. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Tighten the motor foot bolts securely and reassess for any outer circle runout or end face runout of the coupling;
12) Finally, reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment meet specifications, proceed to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post any mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for ensured stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component sensitive to contaminants. Any ingress of solids or liquids can be detrimental, causing irreversible damage. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and meet required steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected. It's advisable to install a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet to separate solids and liquids.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all necessary pipeline accessories are installed according to the PI diagram. Support the pipeline independently with a separate bracket, avoiding any weight load on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This vital step ensures that everything is in perfect working order for seamless performance.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure safety and efficiency, use threading pipe to connect the wiring from the compressor underground to the electric control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration.
