This sophisticated conversion transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As the temperature rises, the secondary steam is artfully redirected back to the evaporator, where it heats materials and triggers a new cycle of evaporation. This innovative approach ensures the seamless recycling of the latent heat of vaporization within the secondary steam, maximizing energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling adjustments.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately, achieve perfect leveling, and meticulously spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The user should skillfully manufacture and install the wedges tailored to specific needs. Ensure that the contact surfaces are expertly finished for optimum inclined plane contact.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not surpass 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling with a level. The unit's axial precision is 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal balance is 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Before commencing the alignment, ensure the following conditions are met:

1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane’s flatness, ensuring a pristine surface free from any unwanted materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts for easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor’s feet, ensuring they are impeccably clean and perfectly flat.
Avoid using long or thin shims; they should not be used for adjustments between the motor and the base.
7) Utilize a highly precise dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, to be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the subsequent figure.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub’s edge, placing the probe accurately on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line precisely. Maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center, and coupling end face is 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and meticulously inspect the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After completing the motor idling test, proceed with the installation of the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the unit's 'levelness' and alignment are adjusted, fasten the anchor bolts. After initial or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands pristine conditions. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Therefore, ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculately clean and compliant with the system’s steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified.
Consider equipping the system with solid-liquid separation solutions, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, positioned before the compressor inlet’s straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes. Install necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline is supported independently and does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to initiate the performance testing of the compressor. This crucial stage ensures that the system operates seamlessly under real-world conditions, setting the stage for optimal functionality.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The electrical connections from the compressor to the control cabinet are to be executed via threading pipes, which should be expertly laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, it's essential to meticulously link the wiring terminals in the control cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable connection for streamlined operations.
