3.3.1 Begin the installation by carefully placing the compressor base on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims to achieve a precise leveling of the unit. Place alternating wedge-shaped irons strategically. Once the unit is perfectly level, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points.
These wedges, crafted with precision, should be installed by the user to adapt to specific conditions. Their contact surfaces must be refined to ensure even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron is crucial and should never exceed 40Kg/cm squared.
It's essential that each wedge is tailored to meet the unique demands of your installation.

3.3.2 Achieve impeccable alignment using a precision level. For the optimal performance of the unit, ensure the axial level accuracy is at 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Adhering to these specifications ensures stability and superior operation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Begin by verifying the following crucial steps:
1) Power down the main supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access internal components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for thorough inspection.
4) Confirm the motor's installation plane flatness, ensuring a pristine, dirt-free surface.
5) The motor bolt aperture must be larger than the bolts to facilitate adjustment and alignment.
6) Assemble an adequate number of smooth, stainless steel gaskets to support the motor base. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment tool boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring precision.
8) Prepare the specific bracket to support your dial indicator, referencing the accompanying diagram.

9) The meticulously designed motor hub bracket is essential for positioning the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge while monitoring the compressor hub.
10) Fine-tune the motor feet's adjustment bolts to achieve near-perfect alignment. The motor's shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with an outer circle deviation not exceeding 0.05mm and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03-0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten all motor foot bolts then reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision.;
12) Post motor idling tests, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring all components are secure.
3.3.4 Following the completion of 'levelness' adjustments and casing alignment, fully tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial runs, it's crucial to loosen and retighten them to maintain integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed nature demands that no solid or liquid disrupt its operation, as these could inflict irreversible damage. Hence, ensure that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified promptly.
It's advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe to protect the system.
3.3.6 Install the inlet and outlet pipes of the compressor with precision, adhering strictly to the PI diagram for guidance. Ensure the associated pipeline accessories are correctly fitted, and additional brackets support the connected pipeline's weight, never the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the magnificent main fan and its superb ancillary equipment are flawlessly installed, and the concrete has achieved perfect solidification, the stage is set for the exhilarating compressor operation test to commence.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet of the compressor deserves a prime installation spot within 5 meters of the compressor. Ensure the connection from the compressor to this electric control cabinet is seamlessly achieved by threading the pipe underground. Once the electric control cabinet is elegantly positioned, connect its wiring terminals skillfully with the lines at the remote DCS for a flawless operation.
