Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. For optimal leveling, insert wedge-shaped shims under the base.
Arrange these wedges in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly aligned, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
It's crucial that users tailor the wedge creation and installation to the specific context, ensuring the contact surface is finely finished for even contact of inclined planes.
The wedge iron should possess a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain the unit's precision. The axial and horizontal leveling standards are set at: 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively.
Attain these precise measurements to ensure optimal operational performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to these meticulous preparatory steps:
1) Disconnect the main power source to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Examine the motor installation area's flatness, guaranteeing it is free from debris, dirt, or any unwanted substances;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for smooth adjustments;
6) Stock up on sufficient stainless-steel gaskets to fit snugly under the motor's feet. They should be devoid of any attachments and remain perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted below;

9) Secure the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, ensuring the dial indicator sits on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center. Maintain a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section post motor idle test.
3.3.4 Post alignment and casing 'levelness' adjustments, secure the anchor bolts. After the machinery's initial run or trial, loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure stability.

3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high velocity, even the slightest solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure that both the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and align with the system's steam corrosion grade. If not, modifications are imperative. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to equip pipelines with the necessary accessories. Remember, the pipeline's weight should be borne by an independent bracket, not directly by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the robust main fan and its indispensable ancillary equipment are meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation reaches full solidity, you are poised to embark on the compressor operation test. This marks the beginning of a seamless journey towards unparalleled performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, position the electric control cabinet of the innovative compressor within a 5-meter radius of the unit. Connect the pathway from the compressor to the cabinet by utilizing threading pipes, ensuring they are discreetly placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, proceed to connect the wiring terminals seamlessly with the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a flawless operational network.
