The designed bearing capacity should not exceed a substantial 40Kg/cm², guaranteeing robust support and performance.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling centering with meticulous alignment. Prior to commencement, confirm adherence to these crucial prerequisites:
1) Ensure the safety of the operation by cutting off main power sources.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield to gain unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for better handling.
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for any debris or foreign objects that may hinder performance.
5) Ensure bolt holes are adequately spacious to allow bolts to adjust the motor freely, promoting flexibility and precision.
6) Gather sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base, ensuring they are free from any contaminants and perfectly flat for optimal placement.
7) Employ a dial indicator or high-precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, elevating precision alignment.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

3.3.6 Securely install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, following the PI diagram's precise specifications. The supporting bracket should bear the pipeline's weight, freeing the compressor body from undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, has been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures everything is primed for optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor. For seamless connectivity, utilize a threading pipe to link the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring the pipeline is carefully routed underground. Once the control cabinet is securely stationed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring perfect synchronization and superior operational efficiency.
