3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain precision. The unit's axial level should be an exacting 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should maintain a 0.10/1000mm accuracy.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling centering with meticulous alignment. Prior to commencement, confirm adherence to these crucial prerequisites:
1) Ensure the safety of the operation by cutting off main power sources.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield to gain unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for better handling.
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for any debris or foreign objects that may hinder performance.
5) Ensure bolt holes are adequately spacious to allow bolts to adjust the motor freely, promoting flexibility and precision.
6) Gather sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base, ensuring they are free from any contaminants and perfectly flat for optimal placement.
7) Employ a dial indicator or high-precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, elevating precision alignment.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.
9) Carefully mount the dial indicator on the motor's wheel hub, aligning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge for exactness.
10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Adhere to a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for superior alignment accuracy.
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and diligently verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for precision.;
12) Post motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section for a seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post-alignment of casing 'levelness', meticulously tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical trials, recheck and retighten for sustained security.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed marvel, demands cleanliness. Any intrusion of solids or liquids could cause irreversible damage. Ensure the pipelines are pristine and meet steam corrosion standards.For enhanced protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet piping.
3.3.6 Securely install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, following the PI diagram's precise specifications. The supporting bracket should bear the pipeline's weight, freeing the compressor body from undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, has been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures everything is primed for optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor. For seamless connectivity, utilize a threading pipe to link the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring the pipeline is carefully routed underground. Once the control cabinet is securely stationed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring perfect synchronization and superior operational efficiency.
