The core principle involves compressing secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This method skillfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This increased thermal capacity allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, facilitating evaporation. As a result, this process masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization, optimizing the overall energy dynamics.

3.3.1 To ensure optimal performance and stability, the compressor base should be positioned as a single unit on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims strategically under the base to meticulously adjust the unit's level.
Interchangeably arrange two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding at 4~5 strategic points on the wedge-shaped irons. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. The contact surface must be impeccably finished, ensuring consistent contact along the inclined plane.
The wedge iron's load-bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain the unit's level. The stringent leveling criteria: the axial level must ensure 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
alignment demands 0.10/1000mm accuracy to maintain balance and precision.
3.3.3 Centering the coupling is a critical task. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure the following meticulous steps are observed:
1) Begin by safely turning off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield efficiently;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Examine the motor's installation surface for any debris or contaminants to maintain a pristine setup;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole's diameter exceeds the bolt size, facilitating bolt adjustment to align the motor smoothly;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fit under the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat to prevent any interference; avoid inserting unsuitable gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as prepared by the customer;
8) Fashion a sturdy bracket to firmly support the dial indicator as illustrated in the schematic below;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, meticulously positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Delicately adjust the motor feet bolts to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly, or as per specific instructions. The maximum permissible deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm (note, the motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), with a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, while reviewing both the outer circle and end face runout to confirm impeccable alignment.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the process.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment for the casing, thoroughly tighten the anchor bolts. After an operational or trial run, repeat loosening and retightening to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure the cleanliness of all connecting pipelines to meet the steam corrosion standards of the system. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be promptly addressed. It's stronglyrecommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically before the compressor's straight inlet pipe.
3.3.6 For the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for essential pipeline accessories. Ensure the supporting bracket for connected pipelines is separate, preventing undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved full solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor's operation test. This critical phase ensures that everything is functioning optimally, paving the way for seamless performance.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the connection from the compressor to this cabinet is expertly handled via an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely situated, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable setup.
