At its heart, the technology works by compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator with a high-efficiency steam compressor. This advanced process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This intensified steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. The result? A brilliant recycling of the latent heat from the vaporization of secondary steam, showcasing a leap toward sustainable energy use.
The DML series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor is crafted with precision engineering, featuring a robust and sophisticated assembly. The core of this innovative equipment includes a meticulously designed compressor body, complete with a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Accompanied by a coupling, motor, and electric instrument, every component works in harmony to deliver peak performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency in every operation.
3.3.1 Begin your compressor installation by placing the integrally designed base onto the foundation. Ensure perfection by situating wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling.
Alternate the placement of the two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving optimal leveling, secure them with spot welding at 4 to 5 points.
The user should expertly manufacture and install these wedges tailored to their specific needs, ensuring an even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing prowess of each wedge iron should be meticulously maintained, not exceeding a sturdy 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The axial level should be maintained at an impeccable 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level should not deviate more than 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these precise standards for seamless operation.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect centering of the coupling with these preparatory steps:
1) Safeguard by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Ensure the motor's installation surface is impeccably smooth, devoid of any debris or unwanted materials;
5) Motor bolt holes should generously accommodate bolt loosening, allowing seamless motor adjustment;
6) Arm yourself with an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets for the motor's base. Ensure they are pristine and perfectly flat without any attachments. Refrain from using elongated gaskets for adjustment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Secure a bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designed to accommodate a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer perimeter;
10) Through careful adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with consummate precision. The maximum deviation of the outer circle is restricted to 0.05mm, while the motor's shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face alignment should be within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, ensuring to verify the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling;
12) Upon concluding the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for complete operational readiness.
3.3.4 After the meticulous adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical or trial operation, make sure to loosen and retighten these bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is the heart of high-speed rotation. Protect it from any solid or liquid intrusions that could cause irreparable damage by ensuring a flawless connection of the inlet and outlet pipelines to the compressor. Pipelines must comply with the system's steam corrosion specifications and any substandard pipelines should be promptly rectified. It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, upstream of the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 For the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure these pipelines are independently supported by a separate bracket to avoid any undue burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Following the thorough installation of the main fan and its auxiliary components, coupled with the complete solidification of the concrete, you are poised to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything is seamlessly integrated and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For the utmost efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet requires threading pipe for underground routing. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS).
