It is expertly integrated with a robust coupling, a high-performance motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. 3.3.1 Position the compressor base meticulously on the designated foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to expertly adjust the unit to a perfect level.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points with precision.
Users must manufacture and install the wedge based on actual setup conditions, ensuring the contact surface is finely finished for even contact on inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed the robust threshold of 40 Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to confirm the unit's balance. The axial precision level required is an exceptional 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal precision stands at 0.10/1000mm.
The unit's horizontal level must also adhere to the fine precision of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is precisely centered. Prior to alignment, confirm the following critical prerequisites:
1) Disengage the primary power supply completely;
2) Detach the protective shield covering the coupling;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is devoid of foreign materials, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to permit adjustments by loosening bolts;
6) Prepare ample flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. Avoid long and thin gaskets that compromise stability;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a customer-provided laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm;
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for aligning a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, ensuring the probe meets the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts strategically to align the compressor with the motor center line, adhering to a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft's center slightly elevates above the compressor's low-speed shaft line, adhering to 0.03~0.05mm on the coupling end face;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and conduct a meticulous review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring everything's aligned perfectly.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operations or trial runs, retighten bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, requires utmost protection against any solid or liquid infiltration that could irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines to meet system steam corrosion specifications. Pipelines failing to comply must undergo rectification, with recommended solid-liquid separation equipment installed, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision, adhering to PI diagram specifications. Support connected pipelines with independent brackets, ensuring no weight burden falls upon the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that all systems are optimally functioning, paving the way for successful integration and performance of the Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor.
3.3.8 Ensure the electric control cabinet for the compressor is strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. To maintain a seamless connection, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be elegantly routed through an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and efficient communication pathway between systems.
