The core principle involves the high-energy-efficiency steam compressor that compresses secondary steam, initially generated by the evaporator, transforming electrical energy into valuable thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then cycled back to the evaporator. This closed-loop system effectively heats materials, inducing further evaporation, and brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization within the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is elegantly and securely positioned on the foundation. Artfully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, used to meticulously adjust the unit's level.
Alternate placement of two wedge-shaped irons ensures precision. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges are
to be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific on-site conditions, ensuring an immaculate contact surface. This ensures even contact of the inclined
plane, maintaining the weight-bearing capacity of the wedge iron at no more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve exact leveling. The unit's leveling criteria: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm are essential benchmarks.

3.3.3 For impeccable coupling alignment, ensure the following pre-alignment conditions:
1) Disengage the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring the absence of debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole exceeds the bolt size for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets ready, ensuring they are pristine and flat. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for motor-to-base adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, supplied by the customer;
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket as shown in the figure below to support the dial indicator;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining coupling end face precision between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then verify both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for guaranteed precision;;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operations (or trial runs), release and retighten them for added security.
3.3.5 As a vital high-speed component, the impeller demands utmost care; any intrusion of solids or liquids results in irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines failing to meet these standards require prompt rectification. We highly
recommend incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Align import and export pipelines with the relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by another bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its associated components have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are ready to perform the compressor operation test. This essential step ensures the seamless functionality and reliability of our cutting-edge Reliable Steam Compressor, designed for optimal performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 To ensure the optimal performance of the compressor, position its electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius. The wiring should be expertly connected via a threading pipe that is strategically routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines. This meticulous setup guarantees a smooth operation, aligning with the robust design and advanced technology of our Reliable Steam Compressor.
