The resultant increase in temperature allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it plays a crucial role in heating materials and instigating evaporation. Thus, it effectively facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring sustainable and efficient energy use.

The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor represents a cutting-edge turbine equipment, powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the robust compressor base seamlessly onto its foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to precisely adjust the unit to a perfect level.
Alternate the two wedge-shaped irons artfully. Once the unit is leveled, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the precise situation. Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished for impeccable contact of inclined
planes, bearing in mind that the wedge iron's load capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a spirit level to achieve precision leveling. The unit's leveling requirements are: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable alignment.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Before embarking on alignment, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it's free from debris, dirt, or any obstructive attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is generously larger than the bolt size, allowing flexibility to loosen and adjust the motor with ease;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to perfectly cover the motor's foot. These gaskets must be pristine and flat. Refrain from using overly long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision, which should be sourced by the customer;
8) Utilize a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure below;

9) Secure the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for the precise positioning of a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe delicately resting on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through the fine-tuning of adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to near perfection, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line) and a coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for impeccable accuracy;
12) After conducting the motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section for final assurance.
3.3.4 Post the meticulous adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation (or trial operation), slightly loosen and retighten them for ultimate security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a masterful high-speed rotating component, requires absolute purity. Any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and meet the steam corrosion grade specifications of the system. Inadequate pipelines must be rectified. It's highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment (like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) ahead of the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with pertinent accessories according to the PI diagram. The pipelines must be supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from bearing any weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operation test.
