The core principle is elegantly simple yet remarkably effective: the secondary steam generated by the evaporator undergoes compression through a high-energy efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This results in an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhanced steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, where it actively heats the materials, inducing evaporation. This brilliant cycle not only harnesses but also perpetuates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, significantly optimizing energy usage.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion to attain precision. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge,
which is tailored and installed by the user based on the specific scenario, should have a meticulously finished contact surface to guarantee even contact between inclined
planes. Remember, the bearing capacity must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2). Each detail ensures robust operation.
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain the unit's perfect alignment. The leveling criteria are as follows: an impressive axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level acclaimed at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring precision engineering.

3.3.3 Achieving precision in Coupling Centering. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure these critical steps:
1) First and foremost, switch off the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously check the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it's free from foreign materials, grime, or debris;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are generously larger than the bolt size, enabling easy adjustment through loosening when necessary;
6) Equip yourself with an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's footing, avoiding any attachments or irregularities. Refrain from using slender gaskets that don’t adequately bridge the motor and base for adjustment;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or opt for a laser alignment meter with an accuracy pinnacle of 0.01mm (procured by the customer themselves);
8) Ready the supportive bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below for utmost precision;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for elegantly mounting a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, setting the probe on the compressor's wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) With delicate adjustments to the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines impeccably (or as per relevant guidelines), ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle is finely tuned to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft. Coupling end face accuracy should be between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely fastening the motor foot bolts, revisiting the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for ensured reliability; thereafter, ensure everything is in its rightful place.
12) Following the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are finely tuned, tighten the anchor bolts. After the mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten them for unwavering stability.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed rotational marvel, any intrusion of solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage. Thus, it is paramount to ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor remain pristine and comply with the steam corrosion specifications. Pipelines failing these criteria must undergo necessary rectification. It's strongly
advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn import and export pipelines with all pertinent accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that any pipeline linked to the compressor is supported by a separate bracket, as the compressor body must not bear their weight.
3.3.7 Upon the complete installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, along with the full solidification of the concrete base, the stage is set for conducting the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures the reliability and efficiency of our cutting-edge technology.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor is to be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure seamless connectivity and optimal safety, the wiring pathway from the compressor to the cabinet should be expertly arranged using threading pipes that are securely positioned underground. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely located, it is crucial to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable system integration.
