3.3.1 The compressor base should be strategically positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims employed under the base to delicately fine-tune the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4-5 key points for maximum stability.
These wedges should be custom-crafted and installed by the user to fit the specific conditions, ensuring a seamless contact surface, with the inclined plane maintaining impeccable alignment.

3.3.2 Precision leveling is paramount. The unit's axial level must reach a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level needs to be 0.10/1000mm for optimal operation.
The horizontal calibration should maintain an impeccable standard of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment in the coupling. Ensure these steps before aligning:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness and cleanliness, ensuring no debris or unwanted attachments.
5) The motor bolt hole should be ample in size to allow for fine adjustments by loosening the bolts.
6) Prepare an abundance of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. Ensure these gaskets are clean and flat, avoiding any long and thin gaskets for adjustment.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or high-tech laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer).
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to skillfully mount a dial indicator along the edge, positioning the indicator probe at the outer edge of the compressor hub.
10) Adjust the motor's foot bolts meticulously to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly, maintaining an outer circle deviation of no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor low-speed shaft center line.
11) After ensuring alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the unit's 'levelness' and alignment are adjusted, anchor bolts should be tightly secured. After a trial mechanical operation, these bolts should be loosened and re-tightened for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed component, must remain free from solid or liquid intrusions to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet stringent steam corrosion system standards. Pipelines falling short must be immediately rectified. It is advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee at the compressor's inlet to enhance protection.
3.3.6 For seamless operation, install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are incorporated in line with the PI diagram, with external support provided for the pipelines to prevent undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the masterful installation of the main fan and its supplementary equipment is complete and the concrete has reached full solidity, you are all set to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that your system is primed and ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 For optimal safety and efficiency, ensure the electric control cabinet for the compressor is positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius. Securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet through a threading pipe, expertly routed underground. Upon the cabinet's seamless installation, meticulously connect its wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable system.
