Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring alignment accuracy. Once leveled, secure the wedges by spot welding at 4-5 strategic points.
It's crucial that the user crafts and installs the wedges according to specific requirements, ensuring a perfectly finished contact surface.
The inclined plane must be completely even, and the wedge iron's load should not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to ascertain perfect horizontal alignment. The unit's axial level precision must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal reach is 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure that these exacting standards are met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Alignment of the coupling is critical. Prior to commencing, ensure compliance with the following essential prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify that the motor installation surface is perfectly flat and devoid of debris or foreign objects.
5) Oversize motor bolt holes are necessary to facilitate bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to evenly support the motor's base. Avoid using thin or lengthy gaskets.
7) For precision, employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy (customer-provided).
8) Set up a bracket as depicted below to secure the dial indicator effectively.

9) Use a motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator accurately on the compressor wheel hub's edge.
10) Skillfully adjust motor foot bolts to ensure the motor and compressor center lines align perfectly, with maximum outer circle deviation at 0.05mm and coupling face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then reassess coupling outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Once the motor passes its idle test, proceed by installing the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving ideal level and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, re-loosen and re-tighten these bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe compressor damage. Keep all pipelines pristine and compliant with steam corrosion system standards, implementing solid-liquid separation solutions like gas scrubbers if needed.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, attaching all necessary pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Ensure external support for these pipes, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, ancillary equipment, and concrete have been fully set, you can confidently conduct the compressor operation test.
