MVR, or Mechanical Vapor Recompression, is a cutting-edge energy-conserving technology that significantly curtails the need for external energy sources. It accomplishes this by ingeniously reusing the secondary steam energy it generates. Fundamentally, the process involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This steam is expertly compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, which transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy. As a result, the secondary steam experiences an increase in both pressure and temperature. This elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to re-enter the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, promoting further evaporation. Through this innovative approach, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is beautifully recycled, showcasing an exemplary model of sustainability and efficiency.
The DML series of low temperature rise steam compressors is an engineering marvel, primarily comprising a sophisticated compressor body. This includes key components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the system is equipped with a coupling, motor, and electric instruments. Together, these elements form a harmonious assembly that ensures optimal performance and reliability in steam compression.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by gracefully positioning the integrally designed compressor base onto the foundation. Underneath the base, insert wedge-shaped shims with precision, which will help in achieving the perfect level for the unit.
Strategically place the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, securely spot weld the wedges in 4~5 points for maximum stability. Remember,
the wedge design and installation should be customized by the user based on specific conditions, ensuring that the contact surface is expertly finished for even contact of the inclined
plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to achieve impeccable leveling. The precision requirements demand that the axial level of the unit stands at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level maintains a 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure that the coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to alignment, confirm the following vital preparatory steps:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's free of any debris, dust, or foreign objects;
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening and motor adjustments with ease;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets that comfortably fit under the motor's foot, ensuring they are free of impurities and adequately flat. Avoid using lengthy or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (customer-supplied) with 0.01mm accuracy for precise alignment;
8) Securely position the bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket facilitates a dial indicator attachment on the hub edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By expertly adjusting the motor foot adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center line to be nearly collinear (as per detailed instructions). The maximum permissible deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is positioned above the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face tolerances between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, conducting a meticulous review of the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;
12) After the motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and level adjustment, fasten the anchor bolts firmly. After mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten these bolts to reinforce stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be shielded from solid or liquid intrusions, which could cause irreversible compressor damage. Thus, ensure that the connecting inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean, adhering to the required steam corrosion standards of the system. In cases of non-compliance, rectify those pipelines, and consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram diligently for accessory integration. Use a separate bracket to support any connected pipeline, ensuring that the weight is not transferred to the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are flawlessly installed and the concrete has fully set, initiate the compressor operation test.
