The core operational principle involves the compression of secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhancement allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials to induce evaporation. Thus, it masterfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a sophisticated assembly principally consisting of a compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, it integrates a coupling, motor, and an advanced electric instrument. Each component is meticulously engineered to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.1 The compressor base should be precisely positioned on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims strategically under the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring optimal leveling of the unit before skillfully spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for stability.
The wedges are to be crafted and installed by the user to match the specific conditions of your setup, ensuring the contact surfaces are finished for consistent contact of the inclined planes.
Remember, the bearing capacity of these wedge irons should not exceed the threshold of 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to determine the perfect level. Attain an impressive axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, meeting the highest industry standards.

3.3.3 Perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Before embarking on the alignment journey, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Effortlessly remove the coupling shield for easy access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring a pristine surface free from debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts, providing ample room for adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Have a generous supply of stainless steel gaskets on hand. These should be immaculate and perfectly flat, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Use a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare the sturdy bracket necessary to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise placement of a dial indicator on the periphery, ensuring an accurate reading on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the motor feet using adjustment bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center line accurately. Allowable deviation of the outer circle is a minuscule 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviations kept between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously recheck both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure impeccable alignment;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after a successful motor idling test for ultimate performance.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal 'levelness' and meticulous alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical operation or trial run, relieve the bolts and retighten for maximum security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel; protect it from potential damage by ensuring the cleanliness of all inlet and outlet pipelines. They must align with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any discrepancies demand immediate rectification, with possible installation of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to connecting to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram's specifications. Import and export pipelines must be equipped with all relevant accessories and supported externally by separate brackets to prevent undue pressure on the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the primary fan and ancillary equipment installed and the concrete set in stone, it's time to embark on a meticulous compressor operation test.
