3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims placed underneath to achieve perfect leveling. These shims are key to ensuring stability and precision.
Interchange two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points. This process guarantees the structural integrity and alignment essential for optimal performance.

3.3.2 Precision leveling is critical. Use a level to achieve the required accuracy: the axial level must be within 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For impeccable coupling alignment, please ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply to avoid any mishaps;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments to retain smooth operation;
5) Make sure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to enable precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample high-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat for a secure setup.
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (supplied by the customer) for meticulous accuracy;
8) Set up a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe reaches the compressor hub's outer edge for accurate readings;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines with precision, adhering to the maximum deviation standards for optimal operational synergy.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously reevaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for assurance of alignment.;
12) After the motor idling test, seamlessly install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-levelness and alignment adjustments, ensure anchor bolts are securely tightened. Repeat tightening after initial mechanical operation or trial to maintain optimal stability.
3.3.5 With high-speed dynamics, the impeller's protection is paramount. Prevent any solid or liquid ingress to avoid irreversible compressor damage by ensuring pipeline cleanliness and compliance with steam corrosion standards.Integrate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet to shield against contaminants.
3.3.6 Connect the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with vigilance. Follow PI diagram specifications for installing pipeline accessories, ensuring pipelines are supported independently to prevent strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its sophisticated ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed, and the robust concrete has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test.
3.3.8 The state-of-the-art electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The seamless connection from the compressor to this cabinet is facilitated through threading pipe, which is elegantly placed underground. Following the precise positioning of the electric control cabinet, ensure the intricate wiring terminals within are meticulously connected to the remote DCS lines.
