As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam escalate, making the steam return triumphantly to the evaporator. Thus, it heats the materials and generates evaporation anew, achieving an impressive recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is precisely positioned on the foundation with utmost care. Insert wedge-shaped shims strategically beneath the base to finely adjust the unit level, ensuring optimal performance.
For enhanced stability, place two wedge-shaped irons alternately and, once the unit is perfectly leveled, tactically spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 critical points. The wedge should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation. The contact surface must be meticulously finished, ensuring even contact with the inclined
plane, while the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain perfect alignment. The unit's leveling demands are set at an exceptional standard: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm, achieving unparalleled precision.

3.3.3 Prioritize coupling alignment. Before initiating the alignment process, ensure these essential prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Securely disable the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness to confirm it's free from any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing them to be easily loosened for motor adjustments;
6) Have ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot; the gaskets should be flat, free from attachments, and not long or thin, avoiding insertion issues;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an incredible accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare;
8) Prepare the robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to skillfully affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe delicately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to achieve near-perfect alignment between the compressor and motor center lines (or as per relevant instructions), ensuring the outer circle deviation is minimal at 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviation kept within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section seamlessly.
3.3.4 Post alignment and 'levelness' adjustments, anchor the bolts firmly. After conducting mechanical operations or trial runs, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, necessitates protection from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Thus, ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and comply with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to attach all relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by a separate, robust bracket, relieving the compressor body of any undue burden.
3.3.7 Once the magnificent main fan and its essential auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete base has reached its full strength, you are ready to initiate the exhilarating compressor operation test.
3.3.8 Position the sophisticated electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius from the unit. Ensure precision by threading the wiring underground through dedicated pipes. Once the control cabinet finds its home, expertly connect its wiring terminals to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and superior performance.
