The core concept revolves around compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, the elevated temperature and pressure return the secondary steam back to the evaporator, heating the materials to generate further evaporation, and thus, recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Through this sophisticated technique, energy conservation and operational efficiency reach new heights.

The Oil-film High-speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a state-of-the-art turbine equipment that harnesses the power of a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Its ingenious design features the impeller directly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. The rotor is expertly supported by an oil film bearing, allowing for seamless direct drive by the high-speed motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the seamless setup by placing the compressor base on the foundation. Ensure the unit's level is perfect by inserting wedge-shaped shims under the base.
For optimal stability, alternate two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving perfect leveling, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges should
be tailored and installed by the user to match the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are polished for even, robust contact of the inclined
plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure the unit's alignment meets the highest standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Achieve precision beyond expectations with these leveling requirements.

3.3.3 Masterful coupling alignment requires specific preparations:
1) Prioritize safety – turn off the primary power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to expose critical components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed access;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously to ensure cleanliness and absence of foreign materials;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are oversized compared to the bolts for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Equip with ample, flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet, free from attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by customer);
8) Have a bracket ready to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precise dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring accurate readings from the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Achieve meticulous alignment by adjusting bolts around motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure motor foot bolts firmly, then recheck the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling,ensuring unparalleled precision;
12) After a successful motor idling test, assemble the coupling intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts after casing alignment. Post-trial operation, loosen and retighten bolts to ensure robust security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands a pristine environment—any intrusion leads to irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and adhere to steam corrosion standards. Employ solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, to safeguard the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install inlet and outlet pipes in alignment with the PI diagram. Ensure these pipelines have the necessary attachments and are independently supported to prevent burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete has completely set and hardened, the exciting moment arrives: it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures everything is in peak condition for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor needs to be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring connection from the compressor to this electric control cabinet is elegantly executed through a threading pipe, which is expertly routed underground for neatness and safety. Post-placement of the electric control cabinet, an essential task is to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable control system.
