Consequently, this thermal marvel returns to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and facilitating evaporation. This cyclical process ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization, thereby optimizing the energy use of the secondary steam.

The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a cutting-edge turbine device, distinguished by its use of an ultra-efficient permanent magnet motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally positioned on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is level, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These wedges should be
custom-made and installed by the user, reflecting real-world conditions. The contact surface must be finished to ensure even contact of inclined
planes. The wedge iron is designed to bear loads not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Use a precision level to establish accurate leveling. Essential leveling standards for the unit: axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal
level should adhere to 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure coupling alignment. Before beginning alignment, verify the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off.
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Inspect the motor installation surface; ensure it's free from debris, dirt, and attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy loosening and motor adjustment.
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets for the motor's feet, ensuring they are flat and free of attachments. Avoid using elongated gaskets for base adjustments.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter boasting 0.01mm accuracy (customer provided).
8) Have a bracket ready for dial indicator support, as illustrated below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and position a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor foot adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor centerlines, or as per specific instructions. The maximum deviation is 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor shaft centerline slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft centerline. Coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts, then re-inspect the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, attach the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal security.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component; any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and adhere to system steam corrosion standards. If not, rectify them promptly. Consider installing solid-liquid separators (gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) upstream of the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes per PI diagram guidance. Pipeline accessories should be fitted accordingly. Support the pipelines with separate brackets; avoid exerting weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has been given ample time to fully solidify, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test, ensuring everything functions at peak efficiency.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the unit. The connections from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be meticulously threaded through underground piping. Once the electric control cabinet is established in its designated location, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines interfacing with the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring robust and efficient communication.
