3.3.1 The compressor base should be carefully placed on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims below the base for leveling adjustment.

3.3.2 Use precision leveling tools to achieve the required unit level. Maintain an axial level of 0.05/1000mm.

8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator for accurate readings;
9) Utilize a mounting bracket for the motor wheel hub to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and place the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust surrounding motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.
11) Securely tighten foot bolts and check the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for any discrepancies.;
12) Reattach the coupling section post motor idle testing.
3.3.4 Post alignment and casing 'levelness' adjustments, tighten anchor bolts. After test runs, re-tighten bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high speeds, any solid or liquid infiltration can severely damage the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and align with the system's steam corrosion standards. If not, consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber before the intake pipe.
3.3.6 Connect compressor inlet and outlet pipes with necessary pipeline accessories per the PI diagram. Support pipelines independently with a separate bracket to prevent undue pressure on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its associated equipment has been meticulously completed, and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to proceed to the next crucial step: the compressor operation test.
