This cutting-edge technology works on a fundamental principle: secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, is compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, this enhanced steam is recycled back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation. Through this method, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is brilliantly recycled, leading to substantial energy savings.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by gracefully positioning the compressor base onto the foundation. Artfully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit to perfect levelness.
Carefully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves its optimal level, skillfully spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for added stability. The wedge should be
custom-crafted and installed by the user to suit the unique circumstances, ensuring the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for seamless contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve flawless alignment. The leveling demands of the unit are as follows: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, accompanied by a horizontal

3.3.3 Coupling is a crucial step, requiring precise centering. Before embarking on alignment, please adhere to these essential prerequisites:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, guaranteeing it is free from any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are generously sized compared to the bolts, allowing for loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Amass an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to accommodate the motor's foot. The gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets unsuitably wedged between the motor and base;
7) Employ a highly-accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (to be provided by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket for supporting the dial indicator as diagrammed below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to situate a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center line to coincide perfectly (or according to detailed instructions), with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely fastening the motor foot bolts, then reassess and verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section with finesse.
3.3.4 Post alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be tightened assertively. Following mechanical operation or trial run, they must be loosened and retightened for continued reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of solid or liquid intrusions to avoid irrevocable harm. It is imperative that all associated pipelines are pristine and satisfy the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified, and it is highly
advised to install solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All pertinent pipeline accessories should be meticulously installed according to the PI diagram. Pipelines connecting to the compressor must be independently supported, with no weight burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment are securely installed, and the concrete foundation is thoroughly solidified, you can initiate the compressor operation test with confidence.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure seamless connectivity by threading the wiring through underground pipes, linking the compressor to the cabinet. Upon establishing the cabinet, integrate the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the remote DCS connections, ensuring robust system communication.
