Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, essential for precise unit leveling.
Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons; once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge
should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions. Ensure a smoothly finished contact surface for even contact of the inclined
plane. The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not surpass 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve precision. The unit's leveling requirements are: An axial level of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Positioning the coupling is crucial. Before commencing alignment, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness and cleanliness, ensuring no debris or attachments are present;
5) The motor bolt hole should exceed the bolt size for easy loosening, allowing for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to accommodate the motor's base. Ensure gaskets are attachment-free and sufficiently flat; avoid using long and slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (procured by the customer);
8) Prepare the bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to hold a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, aligning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By carefully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines to coincide. The maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm (motor shaft center should be higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center), with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, reviewing both the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout;
12) Following the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical (or trial) operation, loosen, then retighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating entity, can sustain irreversible damage if solid or liquid matter enters. It's imperative for the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines to remain pristine, conforming to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be rectified. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Fit the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to install appropriate pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported independently, without burdening the compressor's body.
3.3.7 Upon the completion of installing the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has achieved full solidification, you are ready to embark on the exhilarating journey of conducting the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures optimal functionality and performance, setting the foundation for impeccable outcomes.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The electrical connection should be meticulously executed using a threading pipe that traverses underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to skillfully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable communication link.
