The core principle involves the transformation of secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This steam undergoes a high-efficiency compression process via our state-of-the-art steam compressor, converting electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the steam, allowing it to cycle back to the evaporator. Here, it effectively heats materials and induces evaporation, thereby achieving a magnificent recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, promoting sustainable and efficient energy usage.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously positioned onto its foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve optimal leveling.
These shims should be placed alternately, and once the unit is perfectly level, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
It is essential for users to manufacture and install these wedges tailored to their specific requirements. Ensure that the contact surfaces are refined for even contact on inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
².
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to confirm unit alignment. The axial precision should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal precision is set at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous attention. Ensure the following preparatory steps before starting the alignment process:
1) Power down the main supply completely;
2) Detach the coupling shield for easy access;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling to facilitate alignment;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation surface for debris or any unwanted substances;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolt size to allow for loosening and precise motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's feet, ensuring they are free from attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with a 0.01mm accuracy, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a stable support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use a motor hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the hub edge, situating the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the motor foot's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (where the motor shaft center should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center), with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.
12) Post motor idle testing, carefully reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of the casing's level and alignment, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten the bolts for assurance.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-speed component, is vulnerable to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Thus, it is imperative to maintain the cleanliness and compliance of all connected pipelines with the system's steam corrosion standards. Any pipelines failing these standards must undergo immediate rectification. A recommendation is to install solid-liquid separation equipment such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees ahead of the compressor inlet's straight piping.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that these pipelines are equipped with the appropriate accessories as outlined in the PI diagram, with external supports to bear their weight, thus preventing undue stress on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its full solidity, the stage is set for the highly anticipated compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is functioning optimally for seamless performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be positioned within a convenient 5-meter distance from the compressor. Ensure that the wiring, which connects the compressor to the cabinet, is expertly threaded through a pipe underground. Following the installation of the electric control cabinet, the final connection involves linking the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a streamlined and secure setup.
