Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base to adjust the unit level.
Insert two wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring the unit is level. Spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 points for stability.
Manufacture and install the wedge according to your specific requirements. Ensure even contact on the inclined plane for maximum efficiency.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm², ensuring optimum support strength.

3.3.2 Use a level to confirm the precision. Leveling standards: the axial precision is 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Align the coupling carefully. Prior to alignment, ensure the following steps are completed:
1) Turn off the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield for easy access.
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling.
4) Check the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring no debris impedes the flatness.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts for easy adjustment.
6) Prepare adequate stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. Avoid using lengthy, narrow gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied).
8) Prepare a bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated.

9) Use a motor wheel hub bracket to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet so that the compressor and motor center lines align. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts and verify the runout of the outer circle and end face of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after confirming successful motor idling.
3.3.4 Once the casing is leveled and aligned, tighten the anchor bolts. After trial operation, retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from damage by ensuring inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and adhere to system steam corrosion standards.
Consider adding equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees at the compressor inlet to separate solids and liquids.
3.3.6 Connect compressor inlet and outlet pipes as per the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines are supported independently, relieving the compressor body of excess weight.
3.3.7 Once the robust main fan and its supportive ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation has reached complete solidification, you are ready to embark on the pivotal compressor operation test. This step marks a significant milestone in ensuring the seamless and efficient functionality of the system.
3.3.8 Position the sophisticated electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters away from the compressor to ensure optimal connectivity. The wiring, a critical component, should be securely connected by threading pipes that are strategically routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely positioned, proceed to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring a streamlined and efficient operational setup.
