This remarkable process operates on the fundamental principle of compressing secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformation of electrical energy into thermal energy results in a significant increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the steam is then redirected back to the evaporator to heat materials and stimulate evaporation, effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation journey by carefully placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to effortlessly adjust the unit to a perfectly level position.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons for ultimate stability. Once the unit is level, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific needs and conditions of the installation site. Ensure the contact surfaces are immaculate for even pressure distribution.
The inclined planes must make full and even contact, and the wedge iron's load-bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Achieve precision with a level to ensure the unit is perfectly balanced. The axial precision requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling Centering: Align your unit with precision. Before embarking on this alignment process, confirm the following crucial steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to prevent any mishaps;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane is flawless—free of any debris, dirt, or foreign objects;
5) Design motor bolt holes to be larger than the bolts, allowing for adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Ensure sufficient stainless steel gaskets are prepared to cover the motor feet. The gaskets must be clean and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustment.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accurately position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By expertly adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the motor and compressor center lines precisely. The maximum allowable deviation is 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face (ensuring the motor shaft center line is higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line);

11) After achieving alignment, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, and thoroughly review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to ensure immaculate precision.
12) Complete the process by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are achieved, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After successful mechanical operation or a trial run, loosen and re-tighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, vulnerable to damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Maintain pristine inlet and outlet pipelines connecting to the compressor, meeting the stringent steam corrosion grade standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. We highly recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.

3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach relevant pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. Ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor have independent support to avoid placing undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its auxiliary equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can seamlessly proceed to conduct the compressor operation test. This marks a significant step in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and streamlined operations, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be carefully executed using threading pipes that are routed underground, ensuring safety and durability. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS to establish a reliable communication link.
